You will always get several seconds (depending on your computer speed) of loading lag when this mob appears, and many characters have died before their machines caught up and they could move around if the mob was in visual range.
The fifth of the five Super Uniques boss packs Baal spawns. These are Baal's Minions, large-footed and slow, they are insect-like, or Aliens-like, with their visible bones and spikes galore. They have a knockback/stun melee attack, and a self-healing ability. This is the only place in the entire game you ever see them, and they are quite nasty, they can just devastate your minions or mercs, knocking them back in a perpetual state of stun lock, and will do the same to you if you try to take them on melee and get surrounded.
This screenshot is from normal difficulty. All five packs of Baal's minions are much like the Seal bosses in Act Four. There is the one boss monster and his minions each time, and the boss gets some preset properties that he always has on normal, and then adds one random property on Nightmare, and two on Hell along with at least one immunity. Lister always has Spectral Hit, and is highly-immune to all elemental damage. The mobs all appear in about the same place, near the steps in front of Baal, so you can stack up Firewalls or Blizzard or Guardians or stick your minions right there as they are about to appear, though these guys move so quickly they won't stay in any area for long.
