Infernal Tools is one of the few sets that gets any actual use in Diablo II. It's a nice one for a low-mid level Necromancer, with +2 to all skills, and a low clvl requirement. In fact the Str requirement for the belt is more of an object to getting into this set early on than the Clvl requirement. Even just the wand is a useful item, sort of a poor man's Ume's Lament.&lt;br /&gt;

These are the stats for the set in Diablo II Expansion Pack: Lord of Destruction, where there are partial set bonuses and hidden item bonuses.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* The odds of gambling a set item are 1 in 1000.&lt;br /&gt;
* Items with Rarity are expressed as a chance out of 1000. Eg 78/1000 would mean that out of every 1000 set items of that base item that drop, 78 of them will be this particular one. This is important for rings and amulets and several other items.&lt;br /&gt;
* Item Level: Used in many in-game calculations. Monsters must be of this level to drop the item. All items in Infernal Tools have an Item Level of 7&lt;br /&gt;
* Clvl req is the character level you need to be to be able to wear the item. All items in Infernal Tools have a Clvl Req of 5.&lt;br /&gt;
* Hidden Bonuses usually work in conjunction with other items. For example, if you are wearing a set helm that has a listed hidden bonus as &amp;quot;Wearing 2 Items: +15 Str&amp;quot;, it means that if you wear the helm with any other item in the set, the helm will show an additional bonus of +15 Str in green text. These bonuses apply to the individual item only, but most sets will have several items with these properties, so you can quickly find that simply wearing 3 items from a 4 item set will give you several additional magical bonuses. The bonuses stack together, so if you have an item that has bonuses for wearing both 2 and 3 items, if you are wearing 3 items you will receive the bonus for wearing 2 items as well.&lt;br /&gt;

Maces are bludgeoning weapons with a single important improvement over the rudimentary club - they are constructed of metal. The simplest mace consists only of a heavy round metal ball end, but many additions to the mace increase its usefulness. Spikes allow it to pierce and tear through flesh, flanges can crack and smash open armour like an egg, and the flail's chain construction lets it gain more momentum before it devastates the enemy. Because of their bludgeoning nature, maces are best used against undead minions, who cannot reverse the effects of broken bones.&lt;br /&gt;

Though they are higher up on the hierarchy, maces remain fundamentally the same in use as clubs. As such, players that have invested expertise in the use of the club will have no trouble picking up the mace in combat. This is true of the Barbarian, the master of the mace, due in part to his special Blunt Weapon Mastery skill. Less powerful maces take up a 1x3 slot in the inventory, while larger weapons like flails and morning stars take up progressively large spaces.&lt;br /&gt;

Cow King's Leathers is designed for a low level character. The items aren't geared toward any class in particular, but would be particularly useful for melee fighters with the GIAS full set bonus, as well as casting Static Field and Chain Lightning when being struck by monsters, something which Sorceress' and Necro's wish to avoid. It is a pity that this set contains boots, otherwise it'd make a nice outfit for a barbarian mercenary.&lt;br /&gt;

Hwanin's Majesty is designed for a melee fighter, with armor, polearm, helm and belt. The items aren't designed for any particular character, and the set would be fine with barbs or paladins, due to the GIAS the Bill gets, as well as the impressive +30% resist all and +20% life steal full set bonuses.&lt;br /&gt;

* You can not gamble any Uniques in the Expansion, they must be found.&lt;br /&gt;
* All items in the same set in the Expansion should have a uniform color.&lt;br /&gt;
* Item Level: Used in many in-game calculations. Monsters must be of this level to drop the item. A list of monsters and their Mlvls can be found at Darkness&lt;br /&gt;
* Clvl req is the character level you need to be to be able to wear the item.&lt;br /&gt;

Hwanin's Majesty is designed for a melee fighter, with armor, polearm, helm and belt. The items aren't designed for any particular character, and the set would be fine with barbs or paladins, due to the GIAS the Bill gets, as well as the impressive +30% resist all and +20% life steal full set bonuses.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* You can not gamble any Uniques in the Expansion, they must be found.&lt;br /&gt;
* All items in the same set in the Expansion should have a uniform color.&lt;br /&gt;
* Item Level: Used in many in-game calculations. Monsters must be of this level to drop the item. A list of monsters and their Mlvls can be found at Darkness&lt;br /&gt;
* Clvl req is the character level you need to be to be able to wear the item.&lt;br /&gt;

* Weapon Speed: A relative comparison to other weapons of the same type. 0 is the base -10, -20, etc is faster, 10, 20, etc is slower, always in increments of 10. Each 10 is equivalent to an SIAS item. Previously items were listed with WSM modified by ISA on the items, we have revised this to show the Weapons base speed (WSM) before ANY IAS.&lt;br /&gt;
