Permanent HP lossEdit

I recall hearing (and possibly witnessing) a form of hidden (I think yellow ones) who on a successful hit would permanently reduce your maximum HP by 1 point each time. This made them the scariest monster in the game. Could anyone verify whether or not this is true, or was it a false rumour? Tyciol 10:00, 26 October 2010 (UTC)
