split runeword content from runeword lists

<noinclude>Zephyr, made from [[Ort ]] and [[Eth]], in that order. This works in two-socket bows. It's not known if it works in Crossbows yet. Possible in v1.08 and above.

Not much damage on this one, but it would be useful for normal and perhaps early Nightmare if you socketed it into a decent damage bow. The bonuses to Fast Run, Faster firing rate, AR, and lower's monster defense make it very useful all around, it's just lacking enough damage for long term use.
