Catacombs

The Catacombs is the last part of several levels and types of levels that takes place in the Rogue Monastery, the gate to the East and Lut Gholein in Act II. The bottom of the Catacombs also host Andariel, the Maiden of Anguish. Of the Great Evils, she is a Lesser one.
