Hwanin's Majesty is designed for a melee fighter, with armor, polearm, helm and belt. The items aren't designed for any particular character, and the set would be fine with barbs or paladins, due to the GIAS the Bill gets, as well as the impressive +30% resist all and +20% life steal full set bonuses. The damage from the polearm isn't sufficient for success in hell, but this kit can be used with confidence through Nightmare.
