The Prime Evils, also known as the Three Brothers, are the rulers of the Burning Hells, and the three most powerful demons in existence. They are:
- Mephisto - Lord of Hatred (Odium)
- Baal - Lord of Destruction (Excidium)
- Diablo - Lord of Terror (Metus)
