Leaf
Leaf, made from Tir + Ral, in that order. This works in Staves (Not Orbs), if you could find one that wasn't magical (there aren't any currently in v1.08, the inherent bonus to mana or life makes them magical every time. This is a bug that should be fixed in the future.) Possible in v1.08 and above.
These are both low level Runes, #3 and #8, and the item is obviously for a Sorceress. This could be very useful early on, with +3 to all fire skills. The +3 to three individual skills are inherent bonuses from the staff, not part of the RuneWord. This one doesn't really add much other than the Fire Skills, but that's certainly a nice bonus if you are using Firewall or Meteor or Blaze for your main damage, and the bonus to Warmth will always help as well.
