Twink/Twinked/Twinking - To give high quality items to new characters, usually other characters on your own account. Twinking is the process of doing this. Twinked refers to a character who has been so equipped.

Twinking is most often done to brand new characters to make the leveling up process easier, but the term also refers to equipping high level characters with great items they haven't found themselves. In a sense, virtually every character on Battle.net is twinked, since almost all players pass items around between their characters, or use a main Magic Find/boss run character to harvest great gear that's then passed down to their other characters.

Players also refer to "self-found" items or characters, when everything on a character is an item found by that character themselves.
