Memory, made from Lum + Io + Sol + Eth, in that order. This works in all four-socket staves. Possible in v1.08 and above.

Quite nice stats, as they have to be to justify giving up a shield to use it. This Runeword gives Static Field +2, and Energy Shield +3.
