This quest is begun by finding a jade statue in a random monster drop in the jungle. You then take the jade statue and talk to Deckard Cain, who tells you to talk to Meshif. He gives you a Golden bird in exchange for the jade statue, which completes his collection. You then talk to Deckard Cain again, who tells you to give the bird to Alkar. Alkar then turns the bird into a potion which permanently gives 20 life.
