Mephisto's Soulstone

Mephisto's Soulstone is dropped when the player kills Mephisto. The player must use the soulstone to complete the Hellforge quest in Act IV. If the player loses the soulstone by accident it will be placed in their inventory automatically if they talk to Cain in Act IV.
