This is not true for Andariel and Duriel.
No drop chances for single drop (game cycles 7 times through single act boss drop, but any monster can drop 6 items at maximum) are:
Andariel (P1|P3|P5|P7) - 19/67 | 4/52 | 1/49 | 0
Andarielq (P1|P3|P5|P7) - 19/41 | 6/28 | 2/24 | 1/23
Duriel - same as Andariel
Durielq - same as Andarielq
Mephisto - 15/80 | 2/67 | 0 | 0
Mephistoq - 15/70 | 2/57 | 0 | 0
Diablo,Baal - same as Mephisto
Diabloq,Baalq - same as Mephistoq
