Very good caster bonuses and some resistances. Although runes are not rare it's not so easy to use this unless you are Paladin since only few elite shields come with 4 sockets. The socketing with the runes to get the "Spirit" on the , made from [[Tal]] (7) + [[Thul]] (10) + [[Ort]] (9) + [[Amn]] (11) in any four socket shield will ONLY work on a ladder character .
