→‎Holy Shield

Does holy shield add to the total blocking % or to the shield's blocking %?

For instance, [[Category:Armor#Defense_and_Blocking]] (apparently I can't write a link to the subsection of the category page, wiki just eats it) says the formula is

Total Blocking % = [Blocking x (Dexterity – 15)] / (Character Level x 2)

Now if I have enough in Holy Shield to add +32 to my blocking, does that mean
