Wealth, made from [[Lem]] + [[Ko]] + [[Tir]], in that order. This works in all types of Body Armor. The +12% max durability is from it being Superior Mage Plate. Possible in v1.08 and above.

~~People are now using 4 perfect topaz armor for their +MF kits, and that's 96%~~One of the most popular runeword armors in the game, ~~almost equal to~~ this one~~, but with this you get the huge 300%~~ enables substantial magic and gold, as well as +Dex and +2 mana per kill. Wealth clearly beats 4 P. Topaz armor, but finding these Runes is going to take you longer than the four gems. You can see this character has the full +MF going, with find at a ~~Tarnhelm and Gull as well~~not very steep price.
