Besides the [[Arachnid Lair]] and [[Spider Cavern]] as well as a [[waypoint]] somewhere in this area, there is not much to do here but run through. Take the time though to familiarise yourself with the enemies, as they will return with more force and annoyance in later levels.
It's generally best to face off against the [[Fetish]]es on one of the many bridges throughout the area, as this will prevent them from surrounding you.
