This Disused Fane is the one of the two similar dungeons you will come across in the [[Kurast Bazaar]] surface area. They are both just one level deep, and contains monsters and treasure. Only the [[Ruined Temple]] contains any quest items, however, the [[Lam Esen's Tome|Tome of Lam Esen]].
Basically, the Disused Fane is not necessary to explore unless you're looking for additional experience and treasure.
