The City of the Damned is the last "surface" area as such, although it's hard to know if the [[River of Flame]] and the [[Chaos Sanctuary]] actually counts as "dungeons". They don't seem to have a discernible roof...
The City does not have any other especially interesting features, besides the first [[Waypoint]] of hell, and the stairs down to the [[River of Flames]].
