When travelling through the [[Ancient's Way]] toward's the [[Arreat Summit]], you will come across this small sublevel to the caves.
Icy Cellar is primarily useful for its monsters and treasure, which you can pick up if you feel like it. Or, you can skip it and head right up to the [[Ancient]]s.
This Icy Cellar is the last icy cave in the game, so perhaps you want to savour the moment.
