If you've rescued Anya, she opens a portal to Nihlathak's Temple (aka: the [[Nihlathak's Temple|Pindlegarden]]). Nihlathak resides in the [[Halls of Vaught]]. To get to the halls of Vaught you have to go from Pindleskin, through the [[Halls of Anguish]], down into the [[Halls of Pain]] and finally we find him in the Halls of Vaught.
