Steel, made from [[Tir]] + [[El]], in that order. This works in some two-socket melee weapons. Possible in v1.08 and above.

~~A low level Runeword made from very common Runes, this would be nice for a character in their teens or early 20's, but doesn't pack enough punch to work long term.~~
