Smoke, made from Nef and Lum, in that order. This should work in all types of two-socket body armor. Possible in v1.08 and above.
Enormous resistances here, if you've got a character having a lot of problems getting sufficient resistances for the -100% in Hell, which is common if you don't use a shield or have Natural Resistance, this could be what you are after. The huge defense vs Missile and faster hit recovery is great as well, making this one ideal for a ranged attacking character such as a Bowazon or a Sorceress, though most Sorcs have a shield to help with resistances.
