Kael Rills is the unnamed wounded townsman found lying near the entrance to the cathedral who initiates [[The Butcher]] quest. After you speak to him he become the slain townsman. His body will remain beside the cathedral until you kill the [[Butcher]]. His name comes from the Diablo tabletop game, {{wl|[http://www.diablowiki.net/Diablo_II:_The_Awakening Diablo II: The Awakening]}}.
