No, this is a common misconception. Charms Magic find will help you get more rare and unique jewels, and Jewels are magical (or sometimes rare with Jewels) unique charms but since there aren't non-magical charms and jewels MF are always at least magical, magic find does nothing for themto increase their overall probability. It does help you get more Rare jewels, instead Just the quality of magical the ones, but the total number found shouldn't changethat do drop.
