[[Image:Npc-meschif.jpg|frame]]Meshif is an NPC ship's captain who can be found on the docks, near his ship, at the far southeastern corner of [[Lut Gholein]]. He is not a merchant and does not give any quests in Act Two, but he is a sort of reward for the final quest in Act Two, since once you've completed it he will sail your character to the [[Kurast Docks]] and the start of Act Three. In Act Three Meshif is involved in the [[Quests_Act_Three#Quest_One:_The_Golden_Bird|Golden Bird quest]], and he remains in Act Three as long as you are there and can sail you back to [[Lut Gholein]] if required. He's one of the few NPCs to appear in more than one act.

Greetings. I'm Meshif, captain of this ship here. I make port runs around the Twin Seas and occasionally out to Kingsport in Westmarch. I haven't sailed anywhere lately, though... Jerhyn has ordered me to stay docked here in case of emergency.
