[[Image:Npc-meschif.jpg|frame|left]]Meshif is an NPC ship's captain who can be found on the docks, near his ship, at the far southeastern corner of [[Lut Gholein]]. He is not a merchant and does not give any quests in Act Two, but he is a sort of reward for the final quest in Act Two, since once you've completed it he will sail your character to the [[Kurast Docks]] and the start of Act Three.
