Be sure you know the game game and password too, of course, so you can rejoin if you get disconnected, or if you die to retrieve your corpse (which is hard since you can't make town portals in Uber Tristram). *Spread out the red portals in Harrogath, for easier access. *All the characters in the game must be in Act Five. *It is not necessary to kill Baal before undertaking the Pandemonium Event.
