White, made from Dol + Io, in that order. This works in wands. Possible in v1.08 and above.

Quite a stack of mods here, and all are from the RuneWord with the exception of the +1 to Golem Mastery, which was on the wand to begin with. All bonus skills are preserved in RuneWords, and they stack with the added bonuses, so you could get a +7 to Skeleton Mastery with this if you used a wand that had +3 already.
