I did have one of each key, I was in Harrogath, and it was Hell level - but nothing. Is this quest only available to Ladder characters? If so, why was I able to find the keys in single player? I really want to play this quest - but I don't have any ladder characters - only single player characters. | ||

Question on Pandemonium
I found all of the keys playing in Hell level in single player mode. When I went on to Battle Net with that character and tried to open the portal nothing happened. I did have one of each key, I was in Harrogath, and it was Hell level - but nothing. Is this quest only available to Ladder characters? If so, why was I able to find the keys in single player? I really want to play this quest - but I don't have any ladder characters - only single player characters.
Any help is much appreciated.
