This template is used for when we are making an article primarily in the main DiabloWiki, and want to easily link it from Diablo2Wiki. WARNING: This template can not be used straight out with articles that contains spaces (such as Main Page) in their name! If an article contains spaces in their name, use the 'template' variable as described below.

Simplified: Make sure to include the space, or it will not work!

  • Use {{Interwiki|half= }} for the shorter referral text.
  • Use {{Interwiki|full= }} for the full referral text.
  • Use {{Interwiki|half= |title=Inc_Gmr}} for the shorter referral text, with an article that uses spaces or unusual signs in the title.
  • Use {{Interwiki|full= |title=Inc_Gmr}} for the full referral text, with an article that uses spaces or unusual signs in the title.
  • Replace 'Inc_Gmr' with the article name that has underscores. This can also be used to link to some OTHER article in the other wiki if needed.

Legend:

{{Interwiki
|half = Remove this section to make it 'full'. Add 'space' here to make it half
|full = Remove this section to make it 'half'. Add 'space' here to make it full
|title = Remove this section for non-spaced article names. Add name WITH UNDERSCORE if spaced.
}}

Copy + Paste

{{Interwiki
|half  =
|full  =
|title =
}}

{{Interwiki|half= }}
{{Interwiki|full= }}
<nowiki>This is just part of the material available on this topic. The DiabloWiki 'Interwiki' article is also available in the main wiki where a lot of new information has also been made available after the announcement of Diablo III. You can find it here:
<nowiki>The Interwiki article is strongly related to Diablo, but not specifically an integral part of Diablo I or Diablo II. Due to the large amount of information that is unique to Diablo I and II versus Diablo III, we have separated them into two wikis. Lore, characters, locations as well as general Diablo information is therefore represented in the main DiabloWiki, where a lot of new information has also been made available after the announcement of Diablo III.

This is such a case, and you can find the full Interwiki article on the following DiabloWiki page:

If you were linked here by a link in Diablo2Wiki or DiabloWiki, you can help out by changing the link to a direct link pointed at the corresponding article in DiabloWiki.

If you have any further questions on this, check the Help section or feel free to contact Leord. Any inquiries are welcome.

If you are editing this template, remember that putting a space on 'half', will basically disable the 'full' text! This means that in order to edit the 'full' text, you look at the 'half' section and vice versa.
