Background[edit]

Bul-Kathos was one of the Nephalem, and the first great king of the Barbarians. If these swords were the weapons that he himself used when he was alive perhaps their high strength requirement can be explained since he was literally a giant.

Sometimes Barbarians also call themselves The Children of Bul-Kathos, but whether this shared name implies anything is unknown.

It is only available in D2X.

Diablo II Item Set[edit]

Bul-Kathos' Children is designed for a Barbarian, with two swords that must be dual-wielded. Neither of the swords by themselves are all that special, but when wielded together to receive the set bonus, they become quite potent, with an additional +200% damage against both undead and demon-class monsters.

Note that although there are no class specific items in this set, only a Barbarian can complete it due to his innate Dual-Wielding ability allowing him to use two two-handed swords at once. 2H damage is still listed for Bul-Kathos' Sacred Charge, as you may wish to use it 2-handedly.
