Council members are found in the same places each game, and they drop better than normal monsters, often yielding double stacks of gold or two items, but they do not drop as well as Champions or Bosses. Prior to v1.09, Council Members and the SuperUniques found with them, were very difficult to kill thanks to their habit of healing themselves by teleporting, or by casting a healing spell on themselves. They very seldom teleport or cast healing in v1.11.
