Most of the Act II III NPCs are found in what remains of the [[Kurast Docks]]. The [[Dark Wanderer]] can be seen leaving for [[Travincal]] when exiting the Docks for the first time. No other NPCs exist outside the city, bar [[superunique]] monsters.
