[[Image:Npc-drognan.jpg|frame]]Drognan is an ancient and wise mage of the Vizjerei. Though he does not cast spells to directly aid the heroes in Act Two, his knowledge and research are helpful for completing several of the quests. He is also a merchant, selling potions along with sorceress and necromancer items such as staffs, scepters, wands, tombs, scrolls, and potions.

Drognan appears in the novel [[Legacy of Blood]] where he aids Norrec in his quest to release the grip of Bartucs armor on him. He plays a major role in finding the Arcane Sanctuary for Norrec by putting him to sleep and directing his dreams towards Horazon and the [[Arcane Sanctuary]] (its actually Bartucs memories). He also calls [[Horazon]] the greatest Vizjerei mage and that Horazon has lost his ''mind''.
