Drognan appears in the novel [[Legacy of Blood]] where he aids Norrec in his quest to release the grip of Bartucs armor on him. He plays a major role in finding the Arcane Sanctuary for Norrec by putting him to sleep and directing his dreams towards Horazon and the [[Arcane Sanctuary]] (its actually Bartucs memories). He also calls [[Horazon]] the greatest Vizjerei mage and that Horazon has lost his ''mind''.
