Naj's Ancient Vestige is designed for a mage character, with staff, armor and helm. The items aren't particularly aimed at any specific character. Naj's Light Plate would make a useful replacement for Heavenly Garb however, although it does not have any mana regeneration, it has a nice boost to resistances, skills and life and all for the low cost of 78 strength.

Naj's Ancient Set is a moderately useful set, with high Prismatic Resists and +2 to All Skills, but it has a meagre 30% Faster Cast Rate. The Light Plate also has a high Vulpine modifier; 45% Damage to Mana.
