A few unique items have changed with the release of the 1.10 Patch. All new unique items found will have the same stats as the ones in the table below, items found in 1.09 or earlier may have slightly different stats. Items that have had changes will marked with an "*" and the change will be listed under the table.
- Characters have a 4-slot belt intrinsically.
- In 1.10 of the Expansion the odds of gambling a Unique is 1 in 2000.
- Clvl Req: A character must be this level to equip the item. No uniques had Clvl requirements prior to v1.07 Diablo II.
- Item Level: Monsters must be of this level to drop a particular item.
- Trivia bit: the unique sash, formerly known as "Lenymn's Sash", was changed to simply "Lenymo" towards the end of the D2 beta.
Normal
Normal Uniques are identical in Diablo II and the Expansion.
1.08 Statistics
Many Uniques changed stats in v1.09. If the item was found prior to v1.09 it will have different stats. Items not listed below didn't have any changes.
Exceptional
These Exceptional Uniques are only found in the Diablo II Expansion, not in Diablo II. Unique items in the Diablo II Expansion are found rarely, and have generally awesome stats, far better than the uniques in Diablo II.

- Snowclash: 5% Chance to Cast Slvl (1-10) Blizzard When Struck, rest is same
1.08 Statistics
Many Uniques changed stats in v1.09. If the item was found prior to v1.09 it will have different stats. Items not listed below didn't have any changes.
- String of Ears: Magical Damage Taken Reduced by 15, Physical Damage Taken Reduced by 15%, 8% Life Stolen Per Hit, +170% Enhanced Defense
- Razortail: Attacker Takes Damage of 1 per Clvl, +5 Strength, +1% Chance of Hit Piercing Target, +25 Defense
- Gloom's Strap: -3 to Light Radius, Increase Maximum Mana 15%, +5% Mana Stolen Per Hit, +100% Enhanced Defense, +30 to Vitality
- Snowclash: 5% Chance to Cast Slvl (1-10) Blizzard When Struck, +5 Cold Absorb, +15% Maximum Cold Resist, +5-15 Cold Damage, +70% Enhanced Defense
- Thundergod's Vigor: 3% Chance to Cast Slvl 2 Fist of the Heavens When Struck, +5-15 Lightning Damage, +10% Maximum Lightning Resist, +110% Enhanced Defense, +15 to Mana, +10% Lightning Resist
Elite
- All Elite belts, including Uniques, have 16 slots.
- Spawn in 1.10 or later only

In 1.09 of the Expansion you can gamble for unique items, but your chances will be very slim.
