The Drifter Cavern is a subcave in the Glacial Trail level of Act V.

The Drifter Cavern is a standard "icy cave", with monsters, and just one level. It contains no waypoint or other quest objective, and is mainly just added for extra space to gain experience and gather treasure.
If you feel like skipping this sublevel, then go right ahead.
