This Disused Fane is the one of the two similar dungeons you will come across in the Kurast Bazaar surface area. They are both just one level deep, and contains monsters and treasure. Only the Ruined Temple contains any quest items, however, the Tome of Lam Esen.

Basically, the Disused Fane is not necessary to explore unless you're looking for additional experience and treasure.
