The City of the Damned is the last "surface" area as such, although it's hard to know if the River of Flame and the Chaos Sanctuary actually counts as "dungeons". They don't seem to have a discernible roof...
The City does not have any other especially interesting features, besides the first Waypoint of hell, and the stairs down to the River of Flames.
Level Information[edit]
- Monster levels are usually always equal to the area level with exception to uniques (mlvl +3) and champions (mlvl +2).
Notable Characters[edit]
- Puke Wolf, a unique Corpse Spitter.
