The Halls of Anguish level is the second dungeon level of Nihlathak's Temple in Act V.

These halls make up the second level of Nihlathak's Temple, which is mostly just a transition down to the Halls of Vaught and Nihlathak himself.


Looking at the interior of these halls, it seems likely Nihlathak has been in the service of demons for a long time.


Important: If you pick up the waypoint on this level, the red portal from Harrogath to Nihlathak's Temple will close permanently on this difficulty level, making any Pindleskin runs impossible!


Nihlathak's Temple is basically just one dungeon with levels, but instead of just being named "Level X", they have their own names:
