Ancient's Pledge, executed correctly in both cases. You'll want to use it in a paladin shield with a large inherent bonus to resistance, if you are a Paladin. Possible in 1.11 and 1.10.

The Ancient's Pledge is the one RuneWord everyone will have a chance to execute, since all the runes in it are common, but also they are all given to you by Qual-Khek in Act Five. You just have to find or make a three-socket shield and stick them in correctly.
