Lore, made from Ort and Sol, in that order. This works in 2 helms of all types. Possible in v1.08 and above.
A nice helm, though less resistance than most look for from their headgear. +1 to all skills is certainly a nice replacement though, if you can't find Tarnhelm or one of the new Unique helms, you can just make this instead. The +12% Durabilty is from this being a Superior item.
